Executive Coaching
We offer a safe, confidential space for leaders at all levels, from entry- level managers to C-suite executives to reflect on their thinking, talk through strategies and challenges, improve decision-making, and grow their leadership. Guiding them to find passion in what they do and show up in ways that positively influence their life and the teams and organizations they lead,
Transitions Coaching
We support individuals through any life change or challenge such as career changes, promotions, retirement, change in personal life circumstance, or work-life balance following our structured coaching approach. We also serve as an accountability partner, celebrating their successes and examining what is preventing them infrom reaching their goals.
Strategic Planning and Action
We facilitate entrepreneurs, government leaders, and teams in business planning including Mission, Vision Value and team agreement creation. We also facilitate them in developing strategic and tactical plans, including high-level goals and action to move their organizations forward.
Leadership Effectiveness 360 Assessments and Feedback Surveys
We administer the Leadership Circle 360 assessment and other tailored feedback surveys, providing debriefs for valuable insights related to strengths and blind spots. Also, guiding clients through action planning and accountability for growth and development.
